Each consumer should therefore take the necessary measures to avoid harmful effects by adopting in particular the option of measured weekly portions because everything we consume excessively always has an impact on our bodies in the short, medium and long term. This is the reason why even in agro-food products from very serious companies, the daily portions are always mentioned. Anyone who chooses to go beyond what is recommended is responsible for his actions.

Frequently eat fruits and vegetables as well as high-fibre cereals

The aim of a good diet or the adoption of a good lifestyle is always to allow a balanced diet which is essential in human life but which not everyone is always ready to do perhaps due to lack of financial means.
