No one can take advantage of their own turpitude. Institutions are weakened by the passivity or laxity of those who embody them. The will of the leaders is flouted by collaborators who take advantage of the power granted to them not only to weaken others but also preserve and perpetuate the advantages offered by their privileges. Instead of putting themselves at the service of the people, the actions of certain leaders show to what extent satisfying the sovereign with electoral results obtained partly fraudulently or by all possible dirty means in one or more constituencies is a major concern in relation to the satisfaction of the people.
Isn’t it too late to catch up?
Being indignant at the pernicious acts of certain individuals after several years of culpable silence or inertia in the face of the misappropriation of public wealth has certainly initiated the beginning of the end of recreation, but it is an initiative that is lagging behind the proactivity of a constantly evolving technology which offers people easy and useful ways to express their discontent by denouncing and publishing everything, even what they should not.

The resurgence of indecent behaviour favoured by years of morbid tolerance justifies the looting of State coffers in the past. The trivialization of institutions by the people is the consequence of the disproportionate nature of the actions of certain leaders. The separation of powers is intertwined in a network war led by individuals hungry for power to the point of overstepping the limits of the advantages granted to them by an Elect who expects those He has appointed to exercise their power by respecting His prescriptions and the limits of their authority and not by seeking to unfortunately and fraudulently establish another behind His under the cover of a high function in order to perpetuate shameful practices whose catastrophic or macabre consequences on the daily lives of populations would justify the desire for change at all costs, even if it means using weapons.
Social networks: above unhealthy use
The constant development of new information and communication techniques has sounded the death knell for financial embezzlement and other fraudulent practices which have slowed down the economic development of several African States in particular for several years. Digital platforms have become places for intensive and sometimes excessive unpacking, partly because of the increase in pernicious acts which would naturally follow resignations in serious States. But when the meaning of the qualifier depends solely on the direction that the holders of power choose to give it, we can only witness the progression of a social gangrene whose perverse effects in the future will justify denunciations which have always been existed but which have always been ignored or trivialized by those in power until the day when, thanks to technological benefits, the perverse effects of gangrene become almost impossible to remedy. This is how a truth that we seek to hide always ends up being revealed in broad daylight and the same goes for denials which represent nothing in the face of overwhelming evidence that is supposed to remain sealed but which always end up resurfacing and being shared between millions of individuals who form their own opinion of one or more scandalous situations which must be put to an end very quickly.
If we must denounce the misuse of social networks or their use to achieve deplorable goals, we must also praise their impact in revealing and resolving unhealthy practices who have long done the business of some to the detriment of others. If, due to fragrant inertia, certain States have seen themselves fraudulently stripped of a large part of their heritage, technological development via the proliferation of digital and innovative platforms has launched the restoration process.
