Analyze/Leaving behind a singularity that differentiates us from others in order to set out in search of a plurality that characterizes us, is an act of generosity favourable to an enrichment that enhances the values of living together. By looking at how learning a language in particular gives us access to a culture other than ours which not only brings countries, continents and people together but at the same time enriching musical repertoires, we realize that we are a set of listed riches called to come together while retaining their intrinsic particularities.

Today it is no longer surprising to see musicians or artists who, in addition to a particular style, adopt others to highlight a variety which allows them and their listeners to access the culture of the other. The same is true for literary works. They allow readers, whatever their countries or continents, to have access to distant cultures through literature that promotes an open-mindedness which itself encourages dialogue while valuing differences and campaigning in favour of a very useful mutual enrichment, particularly in a world threatened by tribal impulses, intolerance, anti-Semitism and other unfortunate attitudes which do not promote peaceful coexistence.

Cultural exchange platforms

They are not only places of visibility but also places where cultures draw inspiration from each other by making the world dance to the rhythm of disparate vibrations accompanied by words that sometimes not everyone understands, but whose we understand meaning through rhythm and dance pats which testify to the reality of a culture which is elsewhere and which can also be ours because it aims to bring together the greatest number of people possible like the organization of major sporting competitions for example which are not only focused on sport, but also take into account the promotion of cultures.

If during opening ceremonies organizers countries reveal themselves to their millions of spectators, listeners and other viewers through folk parades which bear witness to the realities of the Territory, the gold of larger event such as Olympic Games for example, all cultures come together to demonstrate once again that despite the fact that we are different, we are in fact a single whole homogeneous in its richness, and heterogeneous through differences which all militate in favour of unity in diversity. In other words, we are cultural differences called to come together through values of "friendship, respect and excellence" which promote peace and above all social inclusion which also results in the fact of not only be interested in classic sporting disciplines, but also in new trends which attract crowds and in particular young populations to give them not only more visibility, but also to encourage other people to practice these sports which certainly come for some from the street like breaking or breakdancing, but which have nothing to do with banditry and voyeurism in which many young people in particular excel.

The other: another part of ourselves

Life only has meaning when it is shared because the other is another part of us which contributes to our happiness at the same time as we contribute to his own happiness through the joy that we provide to others. “Our quest for meaning begins with an act that leads us out of ourselves and moves us towards this plurality” essential in the establishment of a dialogue and even the resolution of a conflict in the context of war.

In a world that has become a global village, we cannot evolve without others. And if the other has more means than us, to the point of being able to help us better take advantage of our potential, his contribution will also be accompanied by the extension of a culture towards spaces other than its own because any investment always has the background aim of promoting a culture and even forming a community of countries having a particular language in common from a country which itself contributes to the cultural promotion of countries which are part of the same great cultural whole as him.

In a globalized world or a set of interconnected entities, we are no longer afraid to approach others because they are strange quite simply because as Vincent Shen and Daniel Arapu think in Harmonie optimale, enrichissement mutuel et étrangéisation, it is in this strangeness that we find the source of all the riches that everyone can appropriate and better enhance for the joy of all. And this is what the great powers understood. To become great power and remain so while doing everything possible to further enhance what we already have, we must be more open to others culture.  It is also the same path to adopt to build a harmonious society free of all forms of stigmatizing remarks which harm social cohesion. By respecting what others are through what they show us of their culture, we contribute to building a platform favourable to all forms of enrichment in a globalized world where Territories will always need each other to build a harmonious society despite everything in a world in perpetual turbulence.
